Get in touch with Skyllarium

One email address, real people at the other end, and a reply within 48-72 working hours.

The address

promptiaweb@gmail.com

There's no contact form, and that's deliberate. A form makes you hand your details to a database you don't control, gets lost in spam folders, and leaves you without a copy of what you wrote. A plain email is read by you and by us, stays in your sent folder, and you can reply to the reply. It's older and it works better.

We write from Spain, so mail is read on European hours (CET/CEST). The usual turnaround is 48 to 72 working hours. If you write on a Friday evening or in August, factor that in.

What kind of message gets answered

So your email doesn't land on the wrong pile, here's what comes in and how each type is handled.

High priority

Corrections and errors

A price that isn't that any more, a broken link, a model that's been retired, a translation that grates, a figure that doesn't match its source. This is the most welcome email and the fastest to get a reply. If you can, include the page URL and the exact line that's wrong: it gets fixed the same day whenever it can be verified.

Suggestions

Tools for the directory

If you know (or have built) an AI tool that deserves a place in the directory, tell us. What counts is that it's genuinely useful, has a free tier or a sane price, and has been running long enough not to vanish in three months. Nobody pays to be listed, and for the same reason nobody is guaranteed a listing.

Content

Topics you'd like to read

A good share of what gets published started as a question someone asked. If there's something you can't find explained properly anywhere — a guide for a specific profession, a particular comparison, a concept nobody bothers to land — say so. We can't promise to write everything, but the pending-topics list is mostly fed from here.

Partnerships

Press and collaborations

Media enquiries, editorial collaboration proposals, content exchanges or joint projects. Explain in two lines who you are and what exactly you're proposing; generic agency emails with a PDF attached and no context don't get a reply.

Legal

Privacy, data and legal

Exercising GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), intellectual property questions or any legal matter. State in the subject line which right you want to exercise. Before writing, you may find the answer in the privacy policy or the legal notice.

Help

Questions about the tools

If the image generator hangs while loading, the calculator gives you an odd number, or something breaks on your phone, tell us and include your browser and device. Every tool runs in your own browser, so a lot of failures are environment-specific and that detail is what makes them reproducible.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?
Links inside articles are not for sale, and third-party texts are never published dressed up as editorial content. If a piece is ever sponsored, it will be labelled as such on the page itself and in its header, not buried in the footer. Emails offering "a post with two dofollow links" don't get a reply.
Can I republish or translate your content?
You're free to quote excerpts as long as you link back to the original page. Reproducing a text in full, translating it completely into another language, or using it in a commercial product needs prior permission: write and we'll talk, and the answer is usually yes on reasonable terms. Details are in the legal notice.
Do you keep the emails I send?
Yes, for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable time afterwards in case of follow-up. They are not used to send you advertising, you are not added to any newsletter unless you ask, and nothing is passed to third parties. You can ask for them to be deleted by writing to the same address. All of this is spelled out in the privacy and cookies policy.
Do you provide technical support for Claude, ChatGPT or other tools?
No, and this matters: Skyllarium is an independent site with no relationship to those companies. If you have a problem with your account, a charge, or how a product behaves, you need the provider's official support. We can help you understand how something works or choose between options, but we have no access to any account and no ability to resolve incidents.
How long does a reply actually take?
The benchmark is 48-72 working hours and it's met most of the time. Data corrections tend to move faster because they're fixed on the spot. If more than five working days have passed with no answer, resend the email — the most likely explanation is that it got caught by a spam filter.

Wanted to know who's behind all this before writing? It's laid out plainly in About Skyllarium: how each news piece is researched, how prices are verified, and where the money comes from.
